Vectrex Scramble Game Cartridge - Model VT-3103

(GCE - 1982)

Vectrex Scramble Game Cartridge
This version of Scramble is much like the original You must fly your ship over rough terrain and try to destroy the enemy base. You are up against rockets, UFOs, flamoids as you fly through these tight spots. The bill it as having all the thrills of the real arcade version, and I think they are right. There are three difficulty levels in this Scramble adaptation.
Remember to keep an eye on your fuel reserves, you wouldn't want to run out before you get to the enemy base! Bombing fuel depots will increase your fuel levels.
You can play either one player or two player mode where each player takes a turn with a single joystick controller. Who can destroy the enemy base first?
This is an fantastic adaptation of the arcade classic and the game play for this cartridge rates 8-10, controls 9-10, and overall 8-10. It is a great cartridge for the Vectrex system in my opinion. I can see myself easily spending hours playing this game.
