GCE Vectrex Dust Cover

Like the Vectrex carrying case, this dust cover was only available through the Vectrex owner's club via an order form on the back cover of the Passport Magazine. The order form's billing for it was "Protect your Vectrex from earth-bound hazards with the Vectrex Duct Cover. Shimmering silver-colored vinyl only $4.95!"

As such, these promotional dust covers are extremely rare and are one of the many Holy Grail items for any Vectrex collection. You will find these listed for auction even less often than the carrying case, and the prices also go into the stratosphere.

I won mine in an auction that has me feeling like I need a second mortgage to pay for it. But as with my Vectrex carrying case, I feel very lucky to have one in my collection.
