GCE Vectrex Passport Magazine

(GCE - Summer 1983)

Vectrex Arcade Passport Magazine Front CoverVectrex Arcade Passport Magazine Back Cover
This was the official Vectrex owner's club magazine. Who can forget the vectrex wizard mascot, Vecto? There were articles, tips and tricks as well as a mail in order form for the Vectrex dust cover and the console carrying case.
Vectrex VectoThis was the only issue of the Vectrex owner's club magazine to be released and was only 8 pages long. They virtually never pop up in the wild.
My favorite article in this magazine was the "Behind the Screens" inside look at Vectrex programming. it gave good insight at what is put into game programming for the Vectrex, and made it interesting. John Hall, with all of his programming wizardry "is" Vecto in my opinion.
Theses are insanely rare. It is almost impossible to find one of these Passport Owner's Club Magazines, I have only ever seen three surface in the past ten years. I am extremely fortunate to own two of them thanks to a lucky find on eBay for quite literally a steal of a price, I almost felt guilty... almost, but I really wanted it.
If you want to print a mini Passport Magazine, click on each of the four graphics below then download and print them landscape and fit to page. First print out Page 1 front side then return it to your paper tray and print Page 1 back side on the opposite side of that sheet. The do the same for Page 2 front and back.

When you are done just fold the sheets in half and you will have a neat little mini Vectrex Passport Owner's Club Magazine.
