Mattel Aquarius Burgertime Game Cartridge - Model 4653

(Mattel Electronics - 1983)

Aquarius Burgertime Game Cartridge
This is one of the best and most playable games released for the Aquarius, the smash arcade hit Burger Time. This version is more playable and the graphics seem better than the Atari 2600 version.
You must help chef Peter Pepper build yummy hamburgers while avoiding bad ingredients like pickles, hot dogs and eggs. You can send the bad guys plummeting with each burger ingredient if you time things just right. If the bad guys get to close you can pepper them, which stuns them for a few moments so you can escape.
I would say game play rates 9-10, controls 8-10, and overall 8-10. So if you want a fun diversion on your Aquarius, this is your best bet for an entertaining time.

Mattel Burger Time Trivia

In 1983, Mattel Electronics teamed up with Wendy's for a Burger Time promotional giveaway. If you purchased a Mattel Burgertime handheld game or Burger Time game cartridge for the Mattel Aquarius, Intellivision or Atari 2600 game systems, you could send in for a free $5 booklet of Wendy's gift certificates.

This was one of the best games of the 80's and it looked sweet on the Aquarius.
