Mattel Aquarius Snafu Game Cartridge - Model 4028

(Mattel Electronics - 1983)

Aquarius Snafu Game Cartridge
This game reminds me of the light cycle level in the Tron arcade game. You must draw lines across the screen to box in the computer before the computer can box you in causing you to crash.
Each level increases in difficulty until it is extremely difficult to play. You could select three different speed levels to challenge yourself farther.
I would say game play rates 5-10, controls 7-10, and overall 6-10. So if you want a fun diversion on your Aquarius, this is an ok game but the lack of diversity detracts from the overall experience.

Fun But Tough

I loved this game growing, but it was so hard to advance beyond 2-3 levels. I remember many late evenings waiting for my parents to go to bed, so that I could use the living room television just to play this.
